WILDLIFE
REMOVAL
Movement in the attic. An animal under the deck. Get local help understanding the activity and deciding what your property needs.
WHEN WILDLIFE GETS A LITTLE TOO CLOSE
YOUR HOME
WASN’T MEANT
TO BE A DEN.
DON’T WAIT FOR THE PROBLEM TO GROW
Hearing movement overhead or seeing an animal repeatedly enter a gap can leave you wondering what’s inside—and how to address it.
Deadshot Pest Solutions helps homeowners and businesses assess wildlife concerns and discuss the appropriate removal options. We consider the animal, the location, and the activity before recommending a service.
Not every backyard sighting needs removal. Tell us what’s happening so we can help you understand whether action is needed and what the next step should be.
COMMON WILDLIFE CONCERNS
FAMILIAR ANIMALS. UNEXPECTED HOUSEGUESTS.
Raccoons, squirrels, and opossums may bring different challenges. The right response starts with understanding the situation.
RACCOONS
Repeated access to an attic, garage, or sheltered area can become a property concern. Let us know where you’ve seen activity or possible entry.
SQUIRRELS
Seeing squirrels enter a roofline opening or hearing movement above a room? We’ll assess the concern and discuss an appropriate next step.
OPOSSUMS
An opossum passing through may need no intervention. If one is entering a structure or creating an ongoing problem, contact us to discuss it.
Suspect bats or a different animal? Tell us when you call so we can discuss the appropriate service and next step.
WHEN TO CALL
HEARING MOVEMENT?
SEEING REPEATED
ACTIVITY?
DON’T WAIT FOR THE PROBLEM TO GROW
You don’t need to identify the animal yourself. Share where and when you’ve noticed activity, and keep your distance from any wildlife.
NOISES IN AN ATTIC OR WALL
You hear repeated scratching, movement, or other sounds in a space you can’t easily see.
AN ANIMAL USING THE SAME OPENING
You’ve seen wildlife repeatedly enter or leave a gap around the building, deck, or outbuilding.
DAMAGE NEAR A POSSIBLE ENTRY
An opening, vent, or roofline area looks disturbed. An assessment can help determine what’s happening.
WILDLIFE INSIDE A STRUCTURE
An animal has entered the home, garage, or another enclosed space. Keep people and pets away and call to discuss the situation.

DISCUSS REMOVAL OPTIONS
When removal is appropriate, we explain the recommended service and what it involves. The options depend on the species and situation.

PLAN FOR PREVENTION
We discuss potential access points and other conditions that may need attention, along with any recommended follow-up or separate work.

WHAT COMES NEXT.
We keep wildlife service quote-based so you can understand the proposed work, cost, and any limitations before deciding to proceed.
ADDRESS THE CURRENT CONCERN
Tell us where the animal is and what activity you’ve noticed. We’ll discuss the appropriate service based on the assessment.
CLARIFY PREVENTION & FOLLOW-UP
Ask which visits and services your quote includes. Entry-point repairs, cleanup, and other property work should be discussed separately rather than assumed to be part of removal.

BUILT FOR YOUR INDUSTRY.
What types of wildlife can you help with?
Contact us about raccoons, squirrels, opossums, or other wildlife concerns. If you suspect bats, mention that when you call. The species and situation determine which service options are appropriate.
What if I hear noises but haven’t seen an animal?
Tell us where you hear the sounds and when they occur. Noises alone don’t identify the animal. An assessment helps determine whether wildlife removal, rodent control, or another next step is appropriate.
Does every animal in the yard need to be removed?
No. Wildlife passing through without entering a structure or causing an ongoing problem may not need intervention. Describe what’s happening so we can discuss whether service is warranted.
Does removal include repairs or cleanup?
Don’t assume those services are included. Ask what your quote covers and whether entry-point repairs, exclusion work, cleanup, or additional visits need a separate assessment or another provider.
How quickly can you help?
Call us to discuss the animal’s location and current availability. The species, access, and circumstances affect the recommended approach and timing. We’ll explain the available next step for your situation.
How much does wildlife removal cost?
Pricing is quote-based and depends on the animal, property, and recommended work. Contact Deadshot Pest Solutions for a free estimate and a clear explanation of the proposed service.
